TERMS OF USE AND LICENSE – ETSY

 

Complete terms of Lallen Design Personal and Small Business Commercial use license for the Etsy listings are below.

 

DIGITAL ITEMS

 

1.SEAMLESS TILES

Lallen Design Personal and Small Business Commercial use permits you to create up to 500 PHYSICAL, TANGIBLE ITEMS (fabric, cushions, table cloth, prints, cards, scrapbooking, wedding invitations, photo albums, gift wrapping, cupcake etc) with the purchase of the Digital file. For Bundles, this is 100 ITEMS per design, with a total of 500 Items permiited.

 

Each purchase gives you ONE license for the listed item/s, or you may purchase an Extended Small Business Commercial (where available) license for ALL digital products in the Lallen Design etsy store.

 

The Personal and Small Business Commercial License does NOT PERMIT you to sell, share, sell, copy, give away, or otherwise distribute the DIGITAL FILES, patterns, or templates in part or whole in any way. You do not have authority to share the DIGITAL FILES in any way.

 

PERMITTED USES

 

Use of file/s is for PERSONAL or SMALL BUSINESS USE ONLY. By purchasing this file, you agree to the following terms of use.

 

YOU MAY create and sell an up to 500 PHYSICAL END PRODUCTS from the SINGLE DIGITAL FILE or BUNDLE purchased, for PERSONAL or SMALL BUSINESS USE ONLY.

 

YOU MAY sell your end products. on your own website, your Shopify or Big Commerce Store, on Etsy, at craft shows, Facebook marketplace, or in person sales.

 

FORBIDDEN USES

 

YOU MAY NOT share, sell, copy, give away, or otherwise distribute the DIGITAL FILES or patterns in part or whole in any way.

 

YOU MAY NOT alter the DIGITAL FILES in any way (including making design changes, colour alteration, size changes) in order to share, sell, copy, give away, or otherwise distribute.

 

YOU MAY NOT use the designs with print on demand (POD) services like Zazzle, Printful, Society6, Spoonflower, Merch by Amazon, Redbubble, Tee Spring, etc.

 

NO REDISTRIBUTION: You may not REPRODUCE, ALTER, MODIFY, SHARE, GIFT, COPY, SELL, CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS or REDISTRIBUTE the contents of the digital files you purchased this license for, in whole or part, for any reason.

 

2. DIGITAL BACKDROPS

Lallen Design Personal and Small Business Commercial use permits you use the purchased Digital Backdrops for use with photographic, or digital photographic projects ONLY.

Each purchase gives you ONE license for the listed item/s, or you may purchase an Extended Small Business Commercial (where available) license for ALL digital products in the Lallen Design Etsy store.

The Personal and Small Business Commercial License does NOT PERMIT you to sell, share, sell, copy, give away, or otherwise distribute the DIGITAL FILES, patterns, or templates in part or whole in any way. You do not have authority to share the DIGITAL FILES in any way.

This is a NO CREDIT license. You do not need to give “Lallen Design” credit for the design you are selling (although credit is always appreciated).

Modification of Terms: Lallen shall have the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time, which modification shall be effective immediately and shall replace all prior agreements.
